30 firboids removed by vaginal hysterectomy in 52 years old pt with AUB.

10cms firboid posterior wall 9*6*7cm firboid posterior wall indenting the submucosa,two 2*1 cm fibroid each on anterior wall subserosal and submucosal wall removed laprascopically in a 26years old female with chief complaint of AUB.

51years okd female with c/o urinary retention and increased residual urine. Usg showed anterior wall fibroid 7*6*5cm and multiple other fibroids. Intraop finding- Lower segment fibroid impinging upon bladder 8*7*6cms .Tlh with bilateral salpingectomy done successfully.
